This is the moment when a Croydon student proposed to his soon to be wife in a lavender field in Banstead.
Tim Hall, of Waddon, arranged the photo to be taken of the special moment as part of a competition which could see him and his fiancé Simona Montaque win free wedding photography worth £1500.
The pair, who have been together for two-and-a-half years, both studied at St Andrew’s School in Croydon together and also attend New Life Church.
Mr Halls said: “We went to the lavender field in Banstead when Simona had a day off in the summer.
“Four of our best friends were hiding behind a tree taking photos and the one we are using is the moment she said yes.”
The top three photos get to the final and the winner is chosen by Jay Kowalik Photography.
