Three teenagers from Wimbledon are set to face the music in the country’s biggest busking competition.
Duo Rosi Yip & Ella Harding, both 18 from Raynes Park, have been writing and performing acoustic songs for five years.
They will be joined by 18-year-old Chloe Leigh from Merton, a singer and songwriter who also plays the acoustic guitar.
Ms Leigh has been working on her debut album whilst studying at the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology in Croydon.
The Gigs Big Busk competition is a Mayor of London initiative aimed at musicians between 11 and 25.
Over 200 entrants will be performing in various public spaces up until Saturday, August 9, with voting for the best act open until Sunday, August 31.
18 finalists will compete in the final on September 7 from 12pm at the Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford.
