A builders' merchants in Kenley was damaged by fire over the weekend.

Twenty-one firefighters battled flames, which damaged part of the shop and a warehouse in Godstone Road. 

London Fire Brigade said it was called at 4.12pm on Saturday and sent four engines from Croydon, Addington and Wallington stations. 

Crews had the fire under control by 4.45pm. No one was injured.
