PAULINE RUTH CHADWICK 13th February 1949-8th August 2014. Sadly passed away at St Raphael's Hospice. Beloved Mum of Tracey, Angie, Danny, Ray and Pauline. Widow of the late Alan 'Chad' Chadwick. Funeral at Garth Road Crematorium, Morden on 20th August at 12.40pm. Please send flowers if desired by 10.30am on the day to A. Smith Funeral Directors, Rosehill. Following the cremation we will be at Morden Brook Public House. Donations if desired to St Raphael's c/o A. Smith at Rosehill.
