MAUREEN BUTLER Sadly passed away on 3rd October 2014, aged 65 years. Beloved Wife of Alfred. Cremation to be held on Tuesday 21st October 2014 at Putney Vale Crematorium at 11.00am. She is very much loved by her family and will be sadly missed.
