The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment (to include films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything of a similar description) Monday to Thursday I Oft) to 02:30 the following morning, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 03:30 the following morning and Sunday 10:00 to 01:30 the following morning. The sale of alcohol Monday to Thursday 10ft) to 02:00 the following morning, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 03ft) the following morning and Sunday I Oft) to 01 ft) the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Monday to Thursday 23ft) to 02:30 the following morning, Friday & Saturday 23ft) to 03:30 and Sunday 23ft) to 01:30 the following morning. The opening ours of the premises will be Monday to Thursday I Oft) to 02:30 the following morning, Friday & Saturday I Oft) to 03:30 the following morning and Sunday 10:00 to 01:30 the following morning.Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Department, London Borough of Merton, Ist Roor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX.no later than I March 2018 stating the grounds for objection. The register of London Borough of Merton and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - wwwZmerton.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited
