Croydon and Sutton Samaritans are organising a fun run next week.
The event is due to be held on Saturday, September 15, from 10am, at the National Athletics Stadium at Crystal Palace.
Over the past six years, the run has raised more than £15,000 for the charity and about 50 people take part each year.
It is open to all and organisers billed it as a great family day out that offers something for everyone.
Routes include 10,000 and 5,000 metres and a 1,500 metre race for children. Those who prefer to go at a more leisurely pace can take part in a five kilometre stroll around the edge of the track.
