A gymslip mum from Croydon who entered the Big Brother house last night has been dubbed a "nightmare neighbour".

Ian Mills, who lives opposite Alexandra De-Gale in Allen Road, described the single mum as inconsiderate and nasty.

"She's got a bad attitude and is not very pleasant," said the 47-year-old. "She came across on Big Brother last night exactly as she is here - very arrogant.

"She's certainly got the ingredients for the press to make her into a Big Brother baddie - I suppose she's the type of person the producers go for who will create lots of confrontation."

He told yourlocalguardian.co.uk how the 23-year-old, who was greeted to a chorus of boos and leers by the audience waiting outside the famous house last night, unfairly picks on an elderly neighbour, plays music loudly until 3am and has screaming rows with her boyfriend in front of her seven-year-old daughter in the road.

"She has real double standards - berating the old boy who lives alone for singing in the street but then has her stereo blaring at all hours," said Mr Mills.

"She uses obnoxious language and doesn't project a good personality about herself."

While the accounts executive claims to have "two flash cars", Mr Mills said the BMW in her driveway has been clamped and lifted before and has not been used for ages because its tax has expired.

"She uses different company cars on a regular basis but they are not her own," he added.

And despite the accounts executive claiming to be "famous in Croydon", none of the other neighbours approached by yourlocalguardian.co.uk had even heard of her.

Bookies have ranked her as 50/1 outsider to win the competition.
