Tim the Apprentice' Campbell was able to share his wealth of business experience with Croydon's aspiring young entrepreneurs on Saturday.

Tim, winner of the BBC Two reality show The Apprentice, was guest speaker at Croydon Supplementary Education Project, in Sydenham Road, Croydon, to give hints and tips to the borough's budding businessmen.

The former London Underground manager won the job of a lifetime as apprentice to millionaire businessman Alan Sugar.

Angelina Purcell, chief executive of Croydon Business, said: "He spoke for at least two hours, but kept his audience captivated. Young and old queued up to ask him questions after his presentation and he showed complete dedication and interest in the supplementary project students, viewing their building and patiently answering all their questions."
