Purley Youth Project enjoys holiday boost

Birds of prey visit of Purley youth club
Birds of prey rather than Easter chicks were the attraction at a youth club during the holidays.
Purley Youth Project Juniors extended hours for the two Easter Wednesdays and visitors were treated to a visit from a birds of prey specialists Jambs Owls enjoying the chance to hold owls and learning about the predators.
David Garfield, team manager, said: “The children really enjoyed our special visitors. We were really busy both weeks with lots of new members.”
PYP Juniors is typically open between 5pm and 6.45pm at Purley Youth Centre, Brighton Road, Purley.
