Anyone inspired to pick up a racquet after seeing Andy Murray's success can do so with the help of a new club's taster sessions.
Local Park Tennis Club was founded at Cheam Recreation Ground earlier this year and is a not-for-profit organisation which enables it to provide cheap lessons to those who may not be able to get involved in the sport otherwise.
This summer the club is running taster sessions for everyone from adults to three-year-old children.
Adults can have a go at free 30 minute sessions while three to 11-year-olds can try out at a number of day camps being run throughout the summer.
For more information on the sessions and how to get involved, contact Dimitri Vaxevanakis on 07528 057 311 or 020 8404 0171 or visit  localparktennis.co.uk.
