Dust off your ball gown and dancing shoes this Guy Fawkes Night for an evening of fine dining and live entertainment in support of a good cause.

The Wildlife Aid Foundation, based in Leatherhead, is hosting a black tie November Ball to raise funds for the charity which helps rescue and rehabilitate injured animals.

The Leatherhead Leisure Centre will be transformed for the event with guests enjoying a three course dinner with wine, a disco and live entertainment.

There will also be an auction and raffle to raise funds to support the foundation’s work.

The Wildlife Aid Foundation, based in Randall’s Road, deals with 20,000 wildlife emergencies every year from road traffic accidents to ducks and swans caught on fishing lines and hedgehogs stuck in tin cans.

Since the charity started in the 1980s its staff and volunteers have saved the lives of a huge number of thousand sick, injured and orphaned wild animals.

Organised by Wildlife Ambassador Kate Woods, the November Ball is sponsored by TW White & Sons and Churchill Catering.
