Peep Show's Isy Suttie tops bill at Duke's Headliners in Putney

As IT geek Dobby in Channel 4’s cult sitcom Peep Show, Isy Suttie won an army of fans.

But try as she might she can’t quite shake those comparisons with Victoria Wood.

Maybe it’s because they’re both prone to a musical ditty, or maybe it’s the way she delivers her jokes and anecdotes in a soft northern accent.

Either way Suttie’s stand-up might not throw a killer punch but it will charm you, much like the comic herself, who appears to be smiling whenever she’s talking.

Suttie tops the bill at Duke’s Headliners comedy night on April 20 with support from Mark Restuccia, Gerry Howell, Laura Carr, Phil Higgins and Ben Van Der Velde. Rich Wilson MC’s.
