A Dad from Tooting, who earlier this year saw his sauces stocked by Selfridges, has teamed up with top chefs for a free Christmas cook book.

Jemal Peters, whose Big J’s Kitchen barbecue sauces proved a hit this year, has enlisted the likes of chefs Neil Rankin, Matt Burgess and James Dibbs for his Big J’s Xmas From Da Streets – Saucy Xmas Special.

The book is available for free at Britannia Chip Shop in Tooting, at Selfridges and on his website bigjskitchen.com

Recipes include Big J’s Berzerk Jerk and Rum Glazed Gammon and The Lido Café chef Tobias Wood’s recipe for Spicy Beetroot, Celeriac Remoulade Salad with Cheese Crisps.
