A pantomime company is looking for children to take part in the Wonderful Wizard of OZ and The Elves and the Shoemaker.

Following the success of last year’s Cinderella at the Secombe Theatre and Sleeping Beauty at the Charles Cryer Studio Theatre, Polka Dot Pantomimes are once again looking for children who live in the area to take part in two productions.

Polka Dot Pantomimes promise dazzling costumes, fabulous scenery and magical surprises.

The Wonderful Wizard of Oz will be at the Secombe Theatre, Sutton from Dec 18 – 24, and The Elves and the Shoemaker will be at the Charles Cryer Studio Theatre, Carshalton between December 8 – 24.

They are looking for budding actors, singers and dancers who are aged between 8 and 18 years of age.

No dance or singing experience is required and some children will be required to take on speaking parts.

Download the application pack from the theatres website or apply online at suttontheatres.co.uk or pop into the Secombe Theatre and pick up one there.

Auditions will take place on Tuesday July, 17, Secombe Theatre, 42 Cheam Road, Sutton, 4.30pm – 6.30pm, 01775 712359, 020 8770 6987.
