Country singing legend Dolly Parton will be bringing her own musical to the New Wimbledon Theatre next month.

9 to 5: The Musical, penned by Dolly, is based on the hit movie and follows three office workers who turn the tables on their sexist boss by conspiring to take control of the company.

The show features 18 of Dolly's songs, including the Oscar winning, grammy nominated 9 to 5, as well as tracks from her last two albums Backwoods Barbie, and Better Days, as well as a new Tony and Grammy nominated score.

The show will star Natalie Casey, best known for her role in two pints of lager and a packet of crisps, as Judy Bernly, Jackie Clune as Violet Newstead, Bonnie Langford as Roz Keith, Amy Lennox as Doralee Rhodes and Ben Richards as Franklin Hart.

With an estimated 100 million album sales Dolly Parton is one of greatest selling music artists of all time.

The multi-grammy award winner said: "9 to 5 the Musical is perfect for anyone that's ever wanted to string up their boss, which is almost all of us. So come join the fun."
