Perennial favourites THAT’LL BE THE DAY will be returning to the Epsom Playhouse to kick off October music in style!

The legendary rock ‘n’ roll variety show returns by popular demand on Thursday 3 October featuring knock out hits from the 1950s, ‘60s and ‘70s interspersed with lots of new comedy routines.

On Friday 4 October in the Myers Studio Pat Abernethy and Dave Marsden will present PROBABLY THE BEST COMEDY SONGS IN THE WORLD EVER, MAYBE….featuring work by The Pythons, Pete and Dud, Richard Digance, The Goons and a few surprises.

World class musicians THE PASADENA ROOF ORCHESTRA will perform the songbook of modern classics by Gershwin, Cole Porter and Irving Berlin on Wednesday 9 October in an authentic tribute to the dance band/early swing era.

On Friday 11 October THE SUPERSONIC 70S SHOW stars Janey Bombshell adding some ‘Agnetha’ glamour to a group celebrating the Seventies in all it’s glitzy glory. Complete with visual backdrop and original Chopper bikes this is an evening of denim, satin and leather.

One of the best loved and most successful jazz-funk bands in the UK SHAKATAK will perform at the Playhouse on Saturday 12 October. They were regularly in the UK singles charts including two top ten hits ‘Night Birds’ and ‘Down on the Street’.

ATLANTIS on Saturday 19 October performs another great selection of best know hits of the last six decades in the intimate surroundings of the Myers Studio.

Voted Best Event at the British Country Music Awards, SOLID GOLD COUNTRY LEGENDS makes a welcome return on Wednesday 23 October. Now in it’s 11th year the show brings the perfect mix of old and new country hits from Patsy Cline to Shania Twain.

On Thursday 24 October THE LONDON COMMUNITY GOSPEL CHOIR celebrates their 30th anniversary with a night of enriching, inspiring and soul edifying music; followed by SIMON AND GARFUNKEL THROUGH THE YEARS on Friday 25 October, featuring video clips of the duo interspersed with live performances of the hits by tribute act Bookends.
