The legacy of legendary soul singer Whitney Houston is being celebrated in a new stage show which comes to Epsom next month.
Whitney – Queen of the Night stars exciting young talent Rebecca Freckleton in the title role.
Freckleton, who has toured internationally and worked with the likes of Macy Gray, Paloma Faith and Jools Holland, was discovered by seasoned producer Paul Roberts after a nationwide search.
Hundreds of singers were auditioned in the search for a rising star with the voice and charisma to portray Houston, who died in 2012.
Whitney – Queen of the Night features a career-spanning set, including classics such as I Wanna Dance With Somebody and I Will Always Love You.
The show has received rave reviews on its UK national tour so far, and comes to Epsom Playhouse on April 8. Go to epsomplayhouse.co.uk
