Council website ranks fourth in country
A council website has been ranked the fourth best in the country.
SiteMorse, a website expert which ranked 430 local authorities, hailed the ‘stellar performance’ of Mole Valley District Council.
Before its relaunch in August 2010 the website was ranked just 332 but skyrocketed to eighth position by the end of 2011.
Councillor Vivienne Michael, portfolio holder for customer services and wellbeing, said: "Mole Valley District Council is committed to ensuring that residents can access our services on a 24/7 basis."
