A taxi driver was taken to hospital with neck and spinal injuries following a road accident.
Firecrews spent an hour rescuing a driver and a passenger trapped inside the cab in Battersea Park Road, outside Battersea Dogs Home.
Three ambulance crews were also called to the scene at about 5.30am to treat three injured men.
Two men were treated a the scene for minor injuries, while the driver was taken to St George's Hospital as a priority.
Police were diverting traffic in the area, with the roads now back to normal.
