Elderly woman taken to hospital after being hit by a car
An elderly lady was taken to hospital after being hit by a car this morning.
The lady, in her 70s, was hit at the bottom of Spout Hill leading into Addington Village Road.
Police, London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade were called to the incident at 11.51am.
The lady was taken to Croydon University Hospital but her injuries aren’t believed to be life changing or threatening.
Road closures were enforced but they were re-opened again at 1.30pm.
Nobody has been arrested in connection with the accident.
