Snow shuts some Croydon schools but others are open for exams
Some secondary schools in Croydon remain closed today because of snow and ice, but some of those running external exams are open.
Addington High School is open though there is a delayed start to the day with pupils expected to be in by 10am. All GCSE exams will take place as planned.
The Archbishop Lanfranc School is closed but the geography GCSE will go ahead. The school is expected to open on Tuesday.
Archbishop Tenison's CofE High School is open as usual, as is St Joseph's College.
St Andrew's school is open under snow day arrangements and St Mary's Catholic High School is closed, but students taking external examinations must come into school as scheduled.
Thomas More Catholic school is closed, but the school aim to open normal time on Tuesday.
Virgo Fidelis School is also closed, but students with exams are required to attend.
Westwood Girls College is open as usual, as is The Quest Academy. Woodcote High school is also open and will be running timetable two.
