A retail and office block in the town centre has successfully let a large amount of office space.

Croydon Gateway Limited Partnership (CGLP) recently completed letting of of 35,000 sq ft of office and retail space at AMP House in Croydon.

AMP House is located next to East Croydon Station and has a total 111,700 sq ft of office and retail space.

Jack Burgess, Investment Manager at Schroders, who advise CGLP, said: “The substantial refurbishment of AMP House has confirmed that occupiers still have an appetite for space in Croydon.”
