Man injured in tram collision in Croydon

The man was injured after being struck by a tram
A pedestrian suffered a suspected broken ankle after being struck by a tram last night.
The man is thought to have been crossing the road when the collision happened in Wellesley Road next to Lunar House at around 11.20pm.
Paramedics from London Ambulance Service took him to hospital for treatment at Croydon University Hospital.
Three fire crews from Croydon station also attended the scene.
