Man charged after woman alleges rape in Outram Road, Addiscombe

Police were called to Outram Road, Addiscombe,
A woman was allegedly raped in the street in Addiscombe on Saturday night.
Police were called to Outram Road, at 11.30pm to reports of an assault.
London Ambulance were also called to the scene.
Morgan Towner of Long Lane, Addiscombe, has been charged with rape.
The 36-year-old was arrested in Outram Road on Saturday evening, where the alleged offence took place.
He appeared at Croydon Magistrates' Court this morning and was remanded in custody to appear again later this month.
