Young volunteers will kick off a community games event on Friday.
The free event, billed as the Leaders of Tomorrow games, will centre on a five-a-side football tournament at the Brit School in Selhurst.
Food, a raffle, community stalls and many other activities will also be on offer.
The event will run from noon to 5pm, with the football kicking off at 2pm.
The football will be split into three age groups - 13-15, 16-18 and adults.
The event was organised by local volunteers Sammy-Jo Bentley, Tara Norwood, Clint Muldoon and George Henry and supported by South London YMCA, Crystal Palace FC Foundation and Lives Not Knives.
It was designed to build on the legacy of last summer's Olympics and foster community spirit.
Councillor Tony Harris, deputy mayor of Croydon, will be among those in attendance.
