Tramlink service resumed following tram collision with biker in Croydon

A biker has been taken to hospital after he collided with a tram near Reeves Corner.
Ambulance and police were called to the scene at about 7.20am at the junction between Tamworth Road and Church Road where the collision happened.
The man, believed to be in his mid 40s, was treated at the scene by ambulance crew and taken to Croydon University Hospital.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said his injuries aren’t believed to be serious. Officers are still at the scene.
Trams are now running normally again after being suspended between Reeves Corner and East Croydon.
Bus routes 157, 264, 407, 410, 455, are also running normally.
A Tfl spokesman said: "Services were suspended between Reeves Corner and East Croydon until approximately 8.45am when they resumed with delays.
"We expect a normal service to be returned by 9.30am."
