A black Ford Focus was chased by police
A police car chase took place on Sunday afternoon in Carshalton.
Police were alerted to a black Ford Focus in Peterborough Road by their automatic number plate recognition technology.
A pursuit took place around Peterborough Road, Shaftesbury Road, Sherbourne Crescent and Sibton Road.
The male driver ran off but two other men stayed in the car which was seized for having no insurance.
The two men in the vehicle were allowed to walk away after the relevant checks.
