Self-help guru Courtney Richards to host 'gym of the mind' in Croydon

A self-help councillor is to hold a session in Croydon.
Courtney Richards will be hosting 'Gymnasium of the Mind- Shifting Gears, Changing Lanes.'
Mr Richards, who will be signing copies of his new book, said the event at Croydon Conference Centre on Friday, March 22 will unleash power to perform and give attendees the resolve to change.
The talk will take place between 7pm and 9pm, tickets cost £10.
