Families encouraged to take part in sporting challenges

The National Sports Centre, Crystal Palace
With winter drawing to a close families are being called to spring into action and try a variety of sport challenges.
The Crystal Palace National Sport Centre is holding a Be Inspired open day this Saturday to encourage visitors to take part in a variety of sports.
Challenges include shoot the most hoops on court, beat the goalie and walk the beam amongst other challenges.
GB volleyball athletes Chris Gregory and Jake Sheaf will be available to meet visitors and 400m runner Conrad Williams will also be attending.
The event will take place on Saturday March 23, 10am to 3pm.
