Businesses have joined forces to help young offenders find work and opportunities.
Local Businesses Supporting Local Businesses sees a number of shops in Southside Shopping Centre, Garratt Lane, Wandsworth, offer mentoring to disadvantaged people.
Managers from Waitrose, Fitness First Boots and JD Sports are delivering support sessions to the youngsters.
They are also offering incentives to motivate the mentees, such as gym passes and gift to help improve future career prospects.
The project is being ran by charity Air Football, which works alongside Wandsworth Council and the Probation Service to help offenders.
