A man from Hersham has been charged following a burglary at an address in Long Ditton yesterday.
Oliver Hart, 21, of Havers Avenue, was arrested yesterday, Thursday, April 4 and was remanded in custody to appear at South East Surrey Magistrates Court today.
Surrey police received a report of a potential burglary in motion at a residential address in Long Ditton at about 8.45am yesterday.
Enquiries are still being carried out but police believe a number of items of jewellery were stolen from the property.
