An 83-year-old man who went missing was found last night.
Sarbans Matharu, of Southcroft Road, Tooting, had been missing since 9.30am on Wednesday.
Police reported they found him safe yesterday just after 8.30pm following an appeal.
The pensioner, who suffers from dementia and diabetes, was wearing a
Freedom pass around his neck with information about his conditions.
Checks revealed his pass was last used on a 136 bus heading to Grove Park just before 1am, in Bellingham Road, Lewisham.
