Firefighters used buckets to clear flood water from a flat after a boiler broke down.
A faulty boiler left a flat above Café Nero in Sutton High Street drenched in water at around 11.30pm yesterday.
Firefighters from Sutton were called to the flat and had to use buckets to clear around 5cm of water from the floor of the flat.
A spokesman said: "It's not too bad now. We left it in as good condition as we could. It was a rented flat so its in the hands of the landlord now."
