Croydon University Hospital is celebrating 50 years on the airwaves commentating on Crystal Palace games.
Two of Radio Mayday’s original commentators, John Henty and Roy Topp, will join the current team Roger Dickson and Chris Winter at Selhurst Park this Saturday to celebrate the milestone.
They will be invited onto the pitch at half time as Crystal Palace take on Leicester City.
Since 1963 patients of Croydon University Hospital have been able to keep up with all the match day action from Selhurst Park.
The team also provide commentary for blind and partially sighted fans, who are offered 12 seats free of charge each game.
