A 21-year-old man was arrested after police found crack and heroin in a raid this morning.
Officers forced entry to a property in Thicket Road, Sutton, and found a significant quantity of suspected crack and heroin.
They also seized £1,500 cash and a car.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs.
Officers from Sutton’s Town Centre Team were acting on information received from the local community.
Town centre inspector Richard Hall said: “We will continue to be robust and relentless in our pursuit of anyone involved in drugs related activities in Sutton.”
The operation was carried out as part of Operation Hawk where officers target criminals based on information received from the local community.
