The Crystal Palace Beer Festival is back for a third time this year and it is expected to be bigger than ever.

In the space of three years, the Palace Beer Festival has become one of the biggest celebrations of ale and cider in the south of England.

Live music will be on show alongside the Crystal Girls, special guests and a full range of pub grub will be on offer.

There will also be highlights from the Eagles 2012/13 season which will be broadcast on all the screens in the concourses.

The event will be sponsored by Cornwall’s Sharp’s Brewery, which is famous for its Doom Bar Ale.

Croydon’s Cronx Brewery are sponsoring the pint glasses, which will have the new club crest printed on the side. These will be given out for free along with a programme for the event.

The London Brewers Alliance, a collective of breweries within the M25, will also be supporting the event.

Chief Executive of the club Phil Alexander, says, "From the success of the previous two we are now being recognised by the brewing industry both regionally and nationally.

"I hope that this season’s festival will be bigger and better, with more choice and even greater selection of fine ales and ciders."
