Activities will include a quiz and an interactive workshops. Professionals will also be on hand to offer information, advice and guidance.
There will be also be activities available for children and a wishing tree for the public to write messages supporting mental health recovery.

We want to let people know that there’s no need to feel embarrassed about asking for help."
