Children have tried out a 'smoothie bike' as part of their school science week.
Pupils dressed in white lab coats and goggles harnessed pedal power to make smoothies at Banstead Community Junior School.
The exercise and other projects taught children about how to save energy, resources and the environment, including whet they can do themselves at home.
Teacher and science leader Gemma Sansum said: "The children were inspired and we hope this week will encourage them to be the scientists of the future."
