Firefighters are tackling a blaze in a derelict building in Croydon.
Six fire engines from Purley, Croydon, Wallington, Addington, and Norbury fire stations are at the scene in Davenant Road with an aerial ladder platform from Forest Hill fire station.
An London Fire Brigade spokesman said crews, which were called at 2.54pm, are working hard to bring the blaze under control.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area as the incident is expected to cause delays to surrounding traffic.
The Flyover remains open but the access road from the Old Town roundabout is still closed.
