A man has been charged with common assault after an alleged incident in Weybridge on Monday evening.
Police were called shortly after 9.40pm on Monday, June 17, to what was believed to be a domestic incident between a man and a woman.
A man intervened and was reportedly assaulted.
Three more men were arrested at an address in Wyndham Avenue, Cobham, on suspicion of connected offences on the Locke King Estate the same evening, and have been released on bail until Tuesday, July 9.
After the first incident, two men reportedly fired a weapon at the door of a property the man who intervened was thought to have entered.

- Mark Wickens, 38, previously of Campbell Road, Weybridge, was charged in relation to the incident and was released on bail to appear at North Surrey Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, July 3.
