A Shakespeare-inspired author will be launching her latest novel at a borough library later this month.
Sutton-based writer Julia Williams has invited people to join her as she launches her latest creation - Midsummer Magic - at Westcroft Leisure Centre's library on Saturday, July 20.
The novel, inspired by Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, explores love and friendship.
Councillor Jill Whitehead, chairwoman of Sutton Council's environment and neighbourhood committee, said: "Julia is an author enjoyed by many people and I’m pleased to be welcoming her to our new library at Westcroft.
"Westcroft’s facilities are being enjoyed by huge numbers of people and they allow us to put on events of this nature for local people to enjoy."

Ms Williams' first novel, Pastures New, was a bestseller across Europe and went straight into the Sunday Times top 20. Midsummer Magic is her seventh novel.
The launch will take place at the library between 2:30pm and 3:30pm on Saturday, July 20. Tickets are free and available from all Sutton Libraries.
