Fire fighters are currently battling a double house fire in Southfields.
The blaze broke out at the back of a building in Replingham Road, near Southfields Tube station, which contains two shops.
They are understood to be estate agents John D Wood & Co and the Freshers Village Fruiterers.
Both buildings have been evacuated while firefighters tackle the fire.
An ambulance is at the scene treating people for smoke inhalation and minor burns.
One man who was in the building said: "We were very lucky, in five more minutes it would have gone up completely."
The Fire Brigade arrived at the scene at 11am.
A spokesman for the Fire Brigade said the incident was "ongoing".
