After a weekend of scorching temperatures, the summer sunshine is set to continue all the way into next weekend in south-west London and north Surrey.

After a sizzling 30 degrees Celsius yesterday, the Met Office has said Monday will see a high temperature of 28 degrees, with clear sunshine expected throughout the day.

Tuesday is expected to be another clear and sunny day, with the temperature reaching 26 degrees  at 3pm, with Wednesday seeing similar warmth (25 degrees) but with patches of cloud.

Those clouds will clear again on Thursday, which will see a relatively mediocre high of 22 degrees, but Friday will see another dry and sunny day with temperatures reaching 25 degrees.

And temperatures will creep up again into the weekend, with highs of 29 on a clear Saturday and 27 on Sunday with patches of cloud.
