Sutton Housing Partnership has been recognised for its participation with residents.
They have been awarded the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) accreditation for excellence in resident involvement.
The accreditation, which lasts for three years, is only awarded to landlords who can show they involve a wide range of residents in the planning, delivery and monitoring of their services.
Sutton Housing Partnership’s chief executive Andrew Taylor said: “We are extremely happy to have been awarded this accreditation after all the hard work that has been put in by staff, and more importantly, our customers.
"The award demonstrates our commitment to listening to our customers and ensuring we are customer led in all of our activities.
"We have increased the opportunities for involvement, which can be tailored to suit anyone dependent on their needs.
"We are really keen to get more customers involved to help us to keep making a difference.”
