Detectives are appealing for information following an armed robbery at a travel agents in Caterham.

The incident happened at around 2.40pm today (Monday) at Thomas Cook in Croydon Road.

After initial investigations detectives have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the armed robbery.

Detective Inspector Sean Kelly of East Surrey CID, said: "The man in this image is wanted connection with this offence and I would urge members of the public not to approach or challenge him but to contact officers immediately if you can identify him or know his whereabouts."
