Sandown Park Ski Race Club held their annual club championships last weekend, and the current British ladies number one alpine skier was on hand to dish out the prizes.
Chemmy Alcott, a former club member and Dancing on Ice star, presented prizes to Brecon Prior and Ella Weeks (U10s), James Gillett and Sophie Foster (U12s), Joseph Davey and Livvy Foster (U14s), and Callum Pitkethly and Sarah Huff (U16s)
Britain's number one skier cross-racer Peter Whelan, Britain's top junior skier Jack Gower and former British junior skier Louise Thomas - who all started their ski racing careers at Sandown Park under the expert guidance of nationally recognised ski coach Kevin Blanks - were also on hand to offer encouragement and words of advice to the club's youngsters.
