A new community garden held its first open day on Sunday.
The garden is situated within the confines of Norwood Junction Station and has been restored after volunteers from British Transport Police helped renovate it.
A large area of wasteland was cleared in 2010 and over the years it has been transformed into a garden.
South Norwood Primary school grew thousands of flowers which were planted by students in recycled sleeper beds.
