Curious visitors to Kew Palace have two chances to have a tour of its surroundings.
As well as the palace, guests can tour the Royal Kitchens and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.
There is the chance to visit the rambling attics and the Tudor undercroft as well as listen to curious and quirky tales of the foibles of the royal family.
As well as that, there will also be some unexplained goings on at the tennis.
Those wanting to tour the palace and kitchens have just two chances left – one during July and another during September.
Curious Kew tours; Kew Palace, Royal Botanic Gardens, Richmond, Surrey TW9 3AB; July 18 and September 19; 6pmhrp.org.uk or 0844 4827777.
