A housing association has launched a major consultation on the future regeneration of its estates.

Residents living in Merton Priory Homes (MPH) Eastfields, High Path and Ravensbury estates will be asked about how the association can best make improvements to their homes and outside spaces with a full regeneration at High Path and Eastfields, and part refurbishment and regeneration at Ravensbury, currently under consideration.

Wayne Hainsworth, managing director of MPH, said: "We are starting this conversation because we believe in investing in the long term future of our estates and ensuring that our residents have a secure, warm home that meets their needs.

"This is an opportunity for residents to share with us how we can make long-lasting improvements to their homes, alongside our wider investment of £24m in improving homes across Merton this year.

"We will be holding a range of events to explore options for improvement, including regeneration, in the three estates and to gather residents’ views.

"We hope that as many residents as possible will join the conversation."

Discussion will run throughout July to September when the MPH team will be visiting homes, holding events and running drop-in sessions to give residents their say on any changes.
